Homero Manzi, A Poet in the Storm is a bio which chronicles the life and work of one of greatest Argentine poets. The story unfolds real-life recreation of Homero Manzi Añatuya from his childhood in his teens in the neighborhood of Pompeii as well as its maturity facing the glare of the upper classes of Buenos Aires by the foreign culture, especially the French. The film marks his life, passion and love.

Homero Manzi is part of the national and popular art movement of the early century in his poems and rescues the suburbs where poor immigants were mixed European and fellow newcomers to the city.
